Cash on delivery is the option most of our customers choose, and it is the one we recommend if this is your first order with us. Nothing is charged in advance. You see the parcel at your door, and only then do you pay.

How it works, step by step

  1. You place the order without entering any payment details.
  2. We call you within 48 hours to confirm the delivery address and the total.
  3. The parcel is dispatched and you receive the tracking number where available.
  4. The courier hands it over and collects the amount in cash.

Have the exact amount ready. Couriers often cannot give change. A small cash-on-delivery fee applies in some countries, and it is always shown before you confirm the order.

If we cannot reach you

If the confirmation call goes unanswered for 48 hours, the order may be cancelled automatically. Since nothing has been charged, there is no consequence for you.

Is paying on delivery safe?

The payment is handled by the courier at the moment of delivery, and you are notified before they arrive, so you know exactly what you are paying and when. Take a moment to check the parcel: if the packaging is visibly damaged you can refuse it, or sign noting accepted subject to inspection and then write to us within 48 hours.

Paying online

Card and wallet payments are processed by certified providers over an encrypted SSL connection, to PCI-DSS standards. Your card details go straight to the payment provider: we never see them and they are never stored on our systems.

When you pay by card, your bank authorises only the amount of your purchase. If the order is cancelled, we ask for the transaction to be released immediately. How quickly the amount reappears on your statement depends on your bank, not on us.

Prices, invoices and refunds
