Track your order

Your tracking link arrives by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. Here is where to find it, and what to do when it does not move.

Where your tracking number is

It is sent to you automatically, by email, as soon as the order has been processed and handed to the courier. Look in the shipping confirmation message: the number appears under tracking code or shipment ID, next to the name of the courier carrying your parcel.

The same email contains the direct link to the courier's own tracking page, which is always the most accurate source, because it is updated by the people physically moving the parcel.

Cannot find the email? Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it is still missing, write to us with your name and delivery address and we will resend it, or look the parcel up for you.

The tracking number shows nothing yet

This is normal for the first day or two. Couriers publish the first update only after the parcel has been scanned at a sorting centre, and that can take 24 to 48 hours, longer over weekends and public holidays.

If nothing has changed after 48 working hours, tell us. We can chase it with the courier directly, which is faster than waiting for the tracking page to catch up.

What the usual statuses mean

Registered / label createdThe courier knows the parcel exists but has not scanned it yet.
In transitThe parcel is moving between depots. Several days without updates are normal on longer routes.
Out for deliveryIt is on the van today. Keep your phone reachable: couriers often call before arriving.
At depot / awaiting collectionDelivery was attempted and failed. You have 10 days to collect it or book a new attempt, plus a final 7-day window.
Returned to senderNobody collected the parcel in time and it is on its way back to us. Write to us and we will tell you what happens next.

Delivery attempted while you were out

The courier holds the parcel at a local depot and emails you a link to release it or schedule a new delivery. You have up to 10 days to arrange it, and a further 7 days before the parcel comes back to us. The full timeline is on the shipping and delivery page.

Paying cash on delivery

Nothing is charged in advance: you pay the courier when the parcel is handed over. Have the exact amount ready, because couriers often cannot give change. Details are on the payments page.
