About us
Pure Yardcraft brings well-made garden and outdoor tools to people who would rather spend their weekend working in the yard than shopping for the right equipment.
What we do
We select compact, practical tools for gardens, terraces and small holdings, and we sell them directly to the people who use them. No middlemen, no showroom, no pressure: a product page, a short order form, and a parcel at your door.
Every item we list is chosen for the same three reasons. It has to do one job properly, it has to be light enough to be used by someone who is not a professional, and it has to survive a full season outdoors.
How ordering works here
1. You place the order
Name, delivery address and phone number. No card details, no account to create.
2. We call you back
A short call to confirm the address and the total, so nothing is shipped to the wrong place.
3. You pay on delivery
Cash on delivery is our main payment method: the courier collects the amount when the parcel arrives.
The reason we work this way is simple. Ordering something you have never held before is an act of trust, and paying only once it is in your hands removes most of the risk from your side of that exchange.
What we promise, and what we do not
We promise clear prices with nothing added at the end, a delivery window we actually respect, and a return policy that is longer than the law requires: 30 days from delivery, with return shipping at our expense.
We do not promise that every tool is right for every job. If you are unsure whether a product fits what you need, ask before you order. It costs us far less to answer a question than to handle a return, and it saves you a week of waiting.
Customer service
Our team answers seven days a week, 08:00-14:00 / 16:00-20:00. Most messages get a reply within a few hours, from a person who can actually look up your order.
