Terms and conditions
The terms of sale between you and Pure Yardcraft S.r.l.. Please read them before you order: by submitting the order form you accept them.
Last updated: 28 September 2026
1. Definitions and scope
In these terms, the Seller means Pure Yardcraft S.r.l., Viale Ionio 133, Rome, Italy, VAT IT14555689895; the Site means this website; the Customer means anyone who places an order on it; and Consumer means a Customer acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.
These terms govern every sale concluded through the Site. Nothing in them limits the rights that consumer law gives you in your country of residence: where a clause here offers less than the law, the law applies.
2. Who can order
Ordering is open to anyone with the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, whatever their nationality or residence, provided that delivery is available in the country chosen at checkout.
3. Products, prices and availability
Product pages describe each item as accurately as we can. Images and videos are illustrative: the item you receive, and any accompanying gift, may differ in detail depending on stock.
Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in the currency of the country of delivery. Shipping costs and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown before you confirm the order, so the total you see is the total you pay.
Products are offered while stocks last. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we tell you without delay and refund anything already paid. Where the order covers several products and only some are unavailable, this applies to those products only, and delivery costs may not be refunded in full.
Where a product page states a maximum shipping time longer than thirty days, that longer period applies and you accept it by placing the order.
4. How the contract is concluded
- You submit the order form on the product page. This is an offer to buy.
- We send an order receipt acknowledging it. This is not yet acceptance.
- Where payment is on delivery, we call you to confirm the order.
- We send the order confirmation when the goods are handed to the courier. The contract is concluded at that moment.
Both the receipt and the confirmation set out the essential details: products, price, any shipping cost, your identification and billing details, the delivery address, information on the right of withdrawal and a link to these terms.
Until the order confirmation arrives, you may cancel the order free of charge by writing to customer service. Your right of withdrawal under section 9 is unaffected and applies after delivery.
5. When we may cancel an order
We may refuse or cancel an order, informing you by email, where:
- the product is unavailable;
- a price was displayed incorrectly because of an error. In that case we contact you first and ask whether you still wish to buy at the correct price;
- a promotion has been abused, or the conduct described in section 12 occurs;
- a bank notifies us of a fraudulent transaction;
- the confirmation call for a cash-on-delivery order goes unanswered for 48 hours;
- an event of force majeure persists. The order is suspended first, and cancelled automatically if the event continues for three months, unless we agree otherwise.
Any amount already charged is refunded promptly, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
6. Payment
Accepted methods are cash on delivery, credit and debit cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Availability depends on the country of delivery, and methods that are unavailable cannot be selected. Except for cash on delivery, the price is charged when the order is submitted.
Card and wallet payments are handled by certified providers over encrypted connections. Card details are never visible to us and are never stored on our systems. If an order is cancelled, we ask the provider to release the reserved amount immediately; how quickly it reappears depends on your bank.
We may ask for additional information or documents proving that you own the card used. If they are not provided, we may decline to conclude the contract.
7. Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available only in the countries where it appears at checkout. You pay the amount due in cash, directly to the courier, when the parcel is handed over.
- After the order, you confirm by telephone that you wish to proceed. The call may be placed by a company acting on our behalf, on the number you provided.
- If you do not answer within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled automatically.
- During the call you check and confirm the delivery address, the total and the payment method.
- A cash-on-delivery fee may apply. It is shown during the ordering process and added to the total.
- Please prepare the exact amount: the courier may be unable to give change.
- You may cancel the order during the confirmation call, by telling customer service directly.
If a Customer repeatedly refuses delivery without notice or valid reason, we may decline further cash-on-delivery orders from them.
8. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times shown when you order are indicative and not binding. We undertake to deliver without undue delay and in any case within thirty days of the conclusion of the contract, except as stated in section 3. Deliveries are made on working days, by a leading courier, to the postal address you gave us. Delivery is complete when the goods are made available to you at that address.
Delivery costs, where they apply, are borne by the Customer and are stated before the order is placed. Shipping may be free above certain thresholds or during promotions, and any cost is always shown in advance.
If delivery fails because nobody can receive the parcel, the courier holds it at a depot for up to 10 days and emails you a link to schedule a new attempt. If it is not collected within the following 7 days, it is returned to us and the contract terminates.
On delivery, check that the number of items matches the transport document and that the packaging is intact. If anything is damaged or altered, refuse the delivery or sign with the words accepted subject to inspection on the courier's document, and tell us promptly. Your right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee apply in any event.
Force majeure, unavailable transport and unforeseeable events that delay or prevent delivery, or that significantly increase its cost, entitle us to split, postpone or cancel the delivery in whole or in part, or to cancel the order under section 5.
9. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract, without penalty and without giving a reason. As a voluntary commercial policy we extend this to 30 days from delivery and we bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The procedure, the condition the goods must be in, refund times and methods, and the cases in which withdrawal is excluded are set out in full on the returns and refunds page, which forms part of these terms.
10. Legal guarantee of conformity
Where the Customer is a Consumer, all products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under European Union consumer law. We are liable for any lack of conformity existing at delivery and becoming apparent within two years of it.
Once a defect is reported we explain how repair or replacement proceeds and, where needed, arrange collection by courier at our expense. After assessing the product, if the defect is confirmed, we repair or replace it at our expense within 30 days of receiving it. If the assessment is negative we tell you promptly, and the product may be collected at your expense within 30 days. Claims for hidden defects are time-barred twenty-six months after delivery.
11. Liability
We are liable for damage caused by our failure to perform this contract, to the extent provided by law. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control, for use of a product contrary to its instructions or its intended purpose, or for damage caused by modifications made to a product after delivery. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Prohibited conduct
The following entitle us to refuse or cancel orders under section 5:
- placing orders with false, incomplete or third-party details without authorisation;
- repeatedly refusing cash-on-delivery parcels without notice or valid reason;
- orders that are anomalous in quantity or frequency, or that breach the conditions of a promotion;
- reselling the products where the Site is offered for personal use;
- any attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site.
13. Personal data
Personal data provided when ordering are processed as described in our privacy policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the cookie policy.
14. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law. Where the Customer is a Consumer resident in another Member State, this does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction where the law so provides.
We try to resolve complaints directly: write to customer service and say what went wrong. Consumers may also use the online dispute resolution platform provided by the European Commission, or the alternative dispute resolution bodies available in their country.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law or in how we operate. The version applicable to your purchase is the one published on the Site when you place your order.
Something unclear?
If any clause here is not clear, ask before you order rather than after. Contact customer service, seven days a week, 08:00-14:00 / 16:00-20:00.
