1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Pure Yardcraft S.r.l., Viale Ionio 133, Rome, Italy, VAT IT14555689895, which operates this website. For any question about this policy, or to exercise the rights described in section 8, write to , or use the contact page.

2. What we collect

When you place an orderFirst and last name, delivery address, telephone number, and the product, price and quantity ordered. An email address only if you choose to give one.
Automatically, as you browseIP address, device and browser type, pages visited, and the source that brought you here. Collected through cookies and similar technologies, described in our cookie policy.
When you contact usWhatever you write in your message, plus the address you write from, so that we can reply.

We ask for the minimum a delivery needs. We never ask for payment card details on this site: where you pay by card, those details go directly to the certified payment provider and never reach us.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

Processing and delivering your orderPerformance of the contract you entered into. Without these data the order cannot be shipped.
The confirmation callPerformance of the contract. We call the number you gave us to confirm address and total before dispatch.
Invoicing, tax and accounting recordsLegal obligations we are subject to.
Customer service, returns, guaranteesPerformance of the contract and compliance with consumer law.
Fraud prevention and order screeningOur legitimate interest in preventing false and abusive orders.
Measuring advertising and improving the siteYour consent, given through the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.

4. Advertising measurement

We advertise our products online and we need to know which campaigns actually lead to orders. Where you have consented, the site sends Google measurement data about the conversion, which may include a hashed, one-way transformation of an email address or phone number when you have provided one.

Hashing is applied in your browser before anything is sent, so the plain data never leaves this site for that purpose. This is used only to match a conversion to an advertisement, never to build a profile we could read back. If you do not consent, this does not happen and your order proceeds exactly the same way.

5. Who else sees your data

  • Courier and logistics partners, which need your name, address and phone number to deliver the parcel and, with cash on delivery, to collect payment.
  • The service that places the confirmation call, acting on our instructions.
  • Payment providers, where you pay online. They receive the payment data directly, not from us.
  • IT and hosting suppliers, which keep the site and our order records running, acting as processors under contract.
  • Public authorities, where the law requires disclosure.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing purposes.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some suppliers, in particular those providing analytics and advertising measurement, may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the safeguards allowed under European data protection law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision for the country concerned.

7. How long we keep it

Order and delivery recordsFor the duration of the contract, then for the period required to handle returns, guarantees and disputes.
Invoices and accounting documentsFor the period set by tax law, which is generally ten years.
Customer service correspondenceFor as long as it is useful to the case, then deleted.
Cookies and measurement dataFor the lifetime stated in the cookie policy, or until you withdraw consent.

8. Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to obtain access to your data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased where the conditions are met, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw a consent you have given, at any time, without affecting what was done before.

To exercise any of these rights write to . We reply within one month. If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live.

9. Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Orders may only be placed by people with the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

10. Security

The site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection and access to order data is limited to the people who need it to do their job. No system is immune to every risk, but we take the technical and organisational measures that the law requires and that the sensitivity of these data deserves.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we update this page and the date at the top. Where a change materially affects your rights, we say so clearly rather than leaving it to be discovered.

A question about your data?

Write to us and we will answer. You can reach customer service from the contact page, seven days a week, 08:00-14:00 / 16:00-20:00.
